On-Base Government Directed (GC) Minimum Standard for PCS Cleaning

(All personal items must be removed prior to cleaning)

1. ‍Kitchen:

   Clean all surfaces, counter tops, sink area, wipe down inside and out cabinets and drawers.

2. Walls: 

   Clean dirty areas of walls and switch plates.

3. Carpets/Floors: 

   Vacuum all carpets. Sweep and mop all floors.

4.  Appliances: 

   Washer/ Dryer- Clean inside/outside and under. Refrigerator- Clean inside/outside and under. Stove/Oven- Clean inside/outside and under.

5. Bathrooms: 

   Clean all surfaces including mold removal, wall tiles, soap scum removal from tub/shower, countertops and sink area, wipe down inside and outside of cabinets and drawers, toilet, remove excessive dust from exhaust fan.

6. Ceiling Fans:

   Clean dust from ceiling fans.

7. Balcony:

    Sweep/Mop.

8. Windows:

    Clean inside of windows and window sills.
